This book by Rossana Lin (Jiang Peirong) is an expanded and revised edition of her book
Business Etiquette for Chinese. Two major highlights of this new version are: first, a discussion about how to improve "soft power" or influence through a better understanding of business etiquette and communication, and second, an expanded section on interpersonal communication. The author invited former senior officials from the U.S. Embassy and senior business executives contribute to this section, and she includes verbal and written communication strategies, models and case studies to help the reader more fully understand the concepts involved in good interpersonal communication.
The author specializes in combining the best etiquette practices from both East and West through:
- 1. Training of Chinese executives and sales/service professionals seeking entry into the international business stage to manage their relationships through business etiquette.
