Exchanges and Refunds
Domestic exchanges/refunds:
Exchanges will be allowed and handled in the following manner:
- 1. If a quality defect or obvious discrepancy between the product and picture/description of the product at www.goodnewsinchina.com is found while delivery courier is still present, ask the courier to return the goods.
- 2. If a quality defect or obvious discrepancy between the product and picture/description of the product at www.goodnewsinchina.com is found after the delivery has been completed, return via post office (remember to include the invoice).
Steps for exchanges:
- 1. You can ask the courier to return the goods.
- 2. You can return the goods via post office yourself (remember to include the invoice).
- 3. In all cases, please notify us about the return and we will contact you about the exchange when we receive the returned product.
Refunds/returns will be allowed within two days after receipt of product when one of the following conditions has been met:
- 1. Significant manufacturing defect is found
- 2. A quality defect still exists after being exchanged
Steps for refunds/returns:
- 1. Contact us within two days after receipt of product
- 2. Return the unwanted product
- 3. A refund will be issued within 3 days after we verify compliance with the return policy
Returns will NOT be accepted in the following situations:
- 1. A quality defect is found with the courier as witness, but the customer does not give the defective product back to the courier to return.
- 2. Baojiayin was not notified of problem within two days of receipt of order.
- 3. Returned product was damaged by customer or is returned incomplete.
- 4. The invoice is not included with the product return.
- 5. The customer returns a product they did not purchase from Baojiayin.
- 6. No quality defect is found in the returned product.
International exchanges/refunds:
In the event that an item is damaged, lost or incorrect, Good News in China will offer a refund or replace the item at no cost to the customer. Please contact customer service via email or phone to tell them about your situation. The item will be shipped using the method of shipment originally chosen by the customer.
