 1. Registration of your account:  1.) Users of www.goodnewsinchina.com (GNIC) must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.  If you do not qualify, please do not use our services. Your account may not be transferred or sold to other parties.  2.)To ensure normal trading, users of GNIC must provide their genuine, valid personal information.  If there are any changes in this information, customers should update it at www.goodnewsinchina.com.

 2. Privacy:  1.) GNIC promises all users that we will protect your privacy and ensure that your personal information remains confidential.  The personal information we collect is used only to provide services to meet the requirements of your order.  In addition, we will only use your personal information with your approval.  Beyond what is needed to fill your order, GNIC will never share your personal information, and your information will never be sold to a third party.  2.) GNIC reserves the right to contact our users about information regarding orders, promotions and other services we offer through mail, text messages and other media. If you register or shop at www.goodnewsinchina.com, you give tacit consent to receive this service.  If you do not want this service, please notify our customer service of your desire to be removed from the contact list.

 3. Transactions:  To purchase at GNIC, users must comply with the following terms:  1.) You should comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and local legal requirements when you use goodnewsinchina.com. You must also ensure that you comply with this user agreement and privacy statement, as well as all the other incorporated provisions and rules.  2.) If you purchase at GNIC, you are obligated to complete the transaction unless it is prohibited by the law or this User Agreement.  If you place a order, you agree to be restrained by the conditions of the sale included in the product description , as long as the conditions of the sale are legal and do not violate this Agreement.  3.) The advertisements, prices and statements at GNIC do not constitute a contract.  Before the confirmation email of the order's receipt, there is no contractual relationship existing between GNIC and the user.  GNIC has the right to unilaterally delete the data or rescind the contract if mistakes are found in the order or products are out of stock.  GNIC also reserves the right to limit the quantity of orders.  If you place an order, you've acknowledged that you have reached the legal age to purchase the product and will be responsible for the authenticity of your personal information.  4.) Product price and availability are specified at www.goodnewsinchina.com.  Such information is subject to change without prior notice.   Each displayed price already includes VAT (tax rate in accordance with China standards).  Delivery charges will be counted separately, and will differ according to the shipping method you choose to use.

 4. Delivery:  GNIC will ship your order to the delivery address you have specified.  The delivery schedule we provide will be based on product availability and the time for normal processing (which does not include the impact of some unforeseen circumstance beyond our control).  In the case of unforeseen circumstances, we may divide your order into separate shipments.  You will only be responsible for shipping costs for the first shipment.

 5. Product Quality:  The quality of GNIC's product is in accordance with the national standards or the professional standards of China; for products without national standards and the professional standards, quality can be judged by Manufacture Standard; for those without any aforementioned standards, quality standards then can be discussed between users and GNIC.  Customers can ask for an exchange or refund if any product they ordered fails to meet its corresponding quality standard.

 6. Intellectual Property:  GNIC possesses the ownership of its products' copyright, patents, trademarks, trade secrets and all the other proprietary rights.  Without permission and consent of GNIC, users are not allowed to download, copy, transfer, adapt, or edit any content included on this site (such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software).  Violators will bear all legal responsibilities. GNIC also possesses the ownership of the data it collects during online services, as well as the data it processes and stores in its server.

 7. Disclaimer:  GNIC is technically obligated to guarantee the normal operation of its website.  To ensure safe and convenient trade transactions, it is also obligated to try to avoid or limit the service disruption of its website.  In case of force majeure or any other forces beyond the control of GNIC, GNIC will not be responsible for the suspension of trade transaction and the loss of data caused by its website's disruption.  GNIC will also not be responsible for any loss caused by incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate customer information.

 8. Others:  This Agreement is protected by the laws of the People's Republic of China in all aspects of the jurisdiction. All users of www.goodnewsinchina.com are irrevocably governed by GNIC's local courts and higher courts of jurisdiction.  Provisions of this Agreement are severable; if any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision may be removed, but the remaining provisions shall still be valid and enforced.  You must agree that in case of mergers and acquisitions, this Agreement and all its incorporated agreements can be transferred to a third party by the decision of Baojiayin.  Headings are only for reference purpose; thus, in no way can they can be used to define, limit, construe or describe the scopes or the limits of provisions.
